Your body is the only vehicle you have to live everything else: without energy, everything else collapses. This axis measures how well you care for that vehicle through your nutrition, movement, sleep, and rest. It includes your daily physical energy level, exercise habits, sleep quality, nutrition, preventive medical checkups, and any health conditions you are addressing or ignoring.
The quality of your life begins with the quality of your mind: how you think, how you feel, and how you react to what happens to you. This axis measures your mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace on a day-to-day basis. It includes stress and anxiety management, emotional intelligence, psychological health, the ability to forgive and let go, and the personal or therapeutic work you are doing (or need to do) to be well with yourself.
This is the axis of who you are at the deepest level: the values and principles that guide every decision, your sense of purpose, and your relationship with yourself. It includes your beliefs, spiritual or faith life (if you have one), your non-negotiable principles, and the degree to which you live aligned with what truly matters to you. When this axis is strong, you have clarity; when it’s weak, you live on autopilot making decisions that don’t reflect who you want to be.
This is the axis of your love life and romantic partnership: the most intimate relationship you have (or want to have). It measures how connected, loved, and growing you feel in that bond. It includes the quality of communication, physical and emotional intimacy, deep connection, mutual growth, and the ability to resolve conflicts. If you are single, it measures your relationship with love: whether you are actively searching, have consciously chosen singlehood, or have wounds to heal before you can love again.
These are the bonds that shape us most and last the longest: parents, children, siblings, extended family. This axis measures how healthy, close, and nourishing those relationships are today. It includes the quality time you dedicate to your family, the traditions you build or maintain, healing wounds from the past, raising your children (if you have them), and the family legacy you are building or want to leave.
Beyond family, this axis measures the quality of your friendships and your sense of belonging to something larger than yourself. The most robust studies on human happiness agree: deep social relationships are the #1 predictor of well-being. It includes your close friendships (the ones who truly know you), your social life, your sense of belonging to groups or communities, and the impact you have on the people around you.
This is the deepest question of existence: why am I here? This axis measures the degree to which your life has a clear meaning that goes beyond yourself and your personal achievements. It includes your life mission, the cause or legacy you want to leave, your way of serving others, the impact you create in the world, and the degree to which you feel your existence has a purpose that transcends you.
We spend a third of our lives working: this axis measures whether that time fills you or drains you. It’s not just about professional success, but about vocation: doing something you’re good at, that adds value, and that makes sense to you. It includes your professional growth, achievements, mastery of your craft, enjoyment (or lack of it) in your daily work, your relationship with your boss or clients, and whether what you do is aligned with who you want to be.
Money is not the end goal, but it is the resource that makes many other goals possible. This axis does not measure how much you have, but how calm, free, and in control you feel about your financial situation. It includes your income and its stability, your savings capacity, your investments and wealth building, debt management, long-term financial planning, and whether your money works for you or you only work to pay bills.
Time is the only resource that cannot be recovered, and this axis measures how well you are using it. It’s not just about productivity, but about whether your daily life resembles the life you want to live. It includes how you distribute your time between work, rest, fun, and experiences; the quality of your environment (where you live, what your home is like); your freedom of movement and decision; and whether you have time for the things and people that truly matter.

THE SYSTEM
The 10 axes represent the dimensions of a full life. Don't aim for a 10 in everything — aim to live true to what you genuinely value. An honest Wheel is more powerful than a perfect one.
