LifeMap Privacy Notice · version 2 · October 20, 2026 1. Who is responsible for your information. Modesto Gutiérrez Losada, located at Séneca 137, Col. Polanco, 11510, Ciudad de México, México, is responsible for the personal information you share on www.lifemap.global ("LifeMap"). 2. What we collect. What you choose to write: your answers about your year and your life across the 10 Axes (health, relationships, work, finances, time and the rest), your email address (needed to deliver your document) and, if you want to share them, your name, your age range and a photo. We do not store your IP address or your country. Your browser keeps a few technical values (language, where you came from, how to resume your LifeMap); we use no advertising cookies. 3. What we use it for. One thing: to produce your LifeMap, deliver it by email and let you resume it whenever you want. In aggregate, without identifying you, to know how many people use LifeMap. Nothing else: we do not sell, rent or share your information. 4. Sensitive information and your consent. What you write may touch on your health, your beliefs or your private life. That is why, before generating your LifeMap, we ask you to expressly accept this notice by ticking a box. If you are under 18, that acceptance must come from your parent or guardian. 5. Who can see your information. No person reads it or uses it: your LifeMap is generated automatically. We would only access it if you ask us to fix a problem with your document. If you use the examples button, the text you wrote in that field is sent to an automated assistant by Manus Forge to suggest examples; no one else sees it. To operate, LifeMap relies on these providers, which process information on our behalf and under our instructions: Resend (email delivery), Manus (hosting and storage) and Manus Forge (examples assistant). Our hosting provider may temporarily log connection addresses for security. 6. Your rights. At any time you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Write to hola@lifemap.global; we reply within 20 business days at most. If you ask for deletion, we erase your answers, your document and your email, and keep only the record of your request. 7. How long we keep it. As long as it can be useful to you: so you can resume your LifeMap and so we can resend your document if an email fails. You can ask us to delete it sooner. 8. Changes to this notice. If it changes, we publish the new version here with its date. Your LifeMap is governed by the version you accepted.
